but if elements created everything, then who was phone what created the elements
the answer is: we don't know
so stop asking it
Nobody knows the ultimate source of everything, nor do we need to. We humans just have the undying hunger to know everything we possibly can, so that's why the search goes on. But science can trace back the creation of the earth most accurately. When Earth was just a molten ball of rock, the right chemicals were on the surface, and in a comet somewhere to create amino acids. When that comet eventually hit the earth at full force (no atmosphere at the time), the force was so great amino acids (the building blocks of life) were created and started the ball rolling and developing life. That's been proven by recent experiments in which the chemicals were collided with other chemicals and amino acids were indeed formed.
As for other life existing before us, I'm sure some form of life existed elsewhere but either died out or isn't even a Class 1 civilization yet, meaning they can't contact us any more than we can contact them at such great distances.
