What do i do when hacked?

JIMMG!!!
Jimmg hacked into my account: Ralphelliott, vandalized my profile, posted tribal images, then released my account password and got me banned. I misspelled my email, so Jimmg registered with it and used password recovery! I was banned for "Compromised account". How do i get unbanned?
