Author Topic: I'm in drivers ED :D  (Read 1550 times)

offtopic but why is your .gif faster

I could've sworn one day that gif was moving through each frame each millisecond.

Easy stuff... for me at least, I've always liked the concept of driving. :o

Good luck. :D

I have to re-do it starting April 4th :(

my brother's friend got his taken away.. he had it and it took him a long time to get it and then it was a really icy wintery day and this cop in front of him slams on his brakes and he can't hit the brakes fast enough and he hits the car so lightly that there's no damage and that cop happens to be the chief of police.. they're obligated to report it since he still only has his learner's permit and so he got it taken away and he has to retake it and some insurance goes up by an insane amount (like $3000 or $4000). it was really sad.

Who the forget can afford that? This is why I'm so damn paranoid about driving my dad's truck, if I forget up, I'm screwed.

i already had my license.

i was going 46 mph in a 40 zone, in IL you can drive up to 5 mph over the limit and not get ticketed.

I was going 46 and got pulled over.

within 100 feet of me there was a sign saying the speed limit rose to 50 mph

That's cool. Good luck on that! :D

$500 here for 30 hours of classwork, 6 hours behind the wheel training 6 hours backseat training (someone in your class drives, and you observe and critique)

In Minnesota (or any state, I thought, maybe IL is different) but you can technically get pulled over at any speed when you're over the limit. It's just a matter of what cop's willing to pull you over.

Also parallel parking is easier than hell, just saying. That intimidated me, and I've done it five times now and it's cake. I can also park my dad's giant truck with like loving super easy ease.

I love driving, it's so easy but fun and thrilling. :D

Here, it was about $200 for the thirty hour class and then $200 for six hours of behind-the-wheel training (which you don't have to pay all at once, I might add) which my dad paid for. I thank him so much for that, I'd never have been able to pay for it on my own. I paid for my permit test and the permit, though. :D
