Go to run and type dxdiag then copy and paste everything.
Also My computer is a windows xp build year 2000 and I run Gmod really fast,I never lag.

You probably dont have enough ram or your video card or processor is bad...
Or your computer's hard drive is probably almost full....or viruses from playing crappy stick figure flash games.
