Author Topic: My personality is rapidly changing  (Read 3239 times)

You probably have stayed on the BL forums too long.

Lol.

Teenage Phase is fun.

Well if you consider acting like a lot of other people normal, than yes.
I don't think it is though.

I've gone the opposite. I used to mean, and always thought people were judging me all the time. After maturing, I'm nicer, more open to talking to people, and now I have many more friends. Including the ones I've had since 7th grade. I have considerably more now, probably because I've gotten nicer. I don't try to fake my personality as much anymore. Ima changin too, we all are, and I guarantee there is always someone out there who appreciates you for who you are.

Wow that was really forgetin' cheezy.

What the hell do you have against the internet?

I agree with him. The internet changed me for sure.

I'm against stupid short-sighted answers being taken so seriously. Really shows peoples true immaturity.

It's stupid because you don't agree with it?

That shows immaturity to me.

No, because it has no evidence, no real grounds, and is a really lazy answer. Another post that people make because they don't really know how to answer so they jump to the most in your face obvious answer that is usually wrong.

Yawn

I always used to be the sweet, kind, shy, innocent kid that was smart and was helpful to everybody. Not I seem to be becoming a half-lazy, somewhat-narcissist, smart-ass and am becoming violent in my thoughts. I've also been acting more like an ass to certain people in real life. I don't have any testosterone coursing through me right now, it just seems like I am doing this naturally. I just seem to be reacting to my constant status of a social outcast for so long in a rapid fashion, and am actually starting to like this. I've had fantasies where I would blow up everyone that I dislike with grenades, and starting riots going against current social norms. Is this normal?
Hormones...

Imbecile

There are multiple sources that suggest that the internet has changed/changes how we think, and therefore how we act - google it. Whether or not this a good or bad change is irrelevant to what we're discussing right now.

The grounds have already been addressed in evidence; it's cause and effect. The fact that you believe it's a lazy answer is irrelevant.

Now that your post has been debunked, please explain to me how this is not a relevant answer. I myself have noticed changes as a direct result of computer use. Why are you so against the notion?

You're just becoming one of us.

One of us,
one of us,
one of us.

Changing how we think and changing our personalities are unrelated, don't make up a connection just to suit your argument.

Thanks for proving that your answer is lazy, you are unable to even provide references to your information. Thats like me telling you I know the presidents phone number and then giving you a directory and telling you to find it. Bravo.

I think music has had a bigger impact on this than the internet has, but even music isn't a major contributer. It's mainly imbalanced hormones and anger from constant social isolation that would be causing the most change.

i treat certain kids like stuff but others i am all reclusive
also i listen to the opposite music all the time
