Update to MacroSaver

Last year, I updated my copy of MacroSaver. It was originally created before Badspot introduced fileDelete();, and as such the deletion method used in this Add-On a little inefficient. The excess checks it does caused me a bit of lag while opening the GUI. The below link is a paste of the code from my version, utilizing fileDelete:

I'm hoping Ephialtes could allow someone to make an official update to the code to be released, unless he finds time to. Doing this to the code reduced lag when opening the GUI for me.

Well yes. I don't believe he'd ever trust my fixes, which is why I am making this topic. If he won't take it up, give someone else permission to submit a similar fix.
