You do not understand the purposes of selection. It is to ensure only the strongest survive, then from the next generation it will vary around their level of strength. You then continue to cull the weak, taking the strongest of each generation to allow the strength only to go up in each generation.

It is unfortunate that the level of civilization and technology to assist in survival annuls natural selection, so we will have to simply continue it ourselves.

It's a master race for a reason, as in, they're not handicapped. He could choose an heir or something or the master race could just choose as a whole.

Also I demand a poll option that goes along the lines of THE MASTER RACE SHALL PREVAIL.

Members of the master race breed when they are required to. They're free to have love at their leisure but abortion is mandatory to control population. We'll simply breed them enough to make up for the culling.

In this process of gradual change, you raise the bar for master humans every time, not cull the weakest half or something like that (although that could happen if they're all below the bar).

It's nearly impossible to have one perfect person. You would need two to breed.

Which is why you do it once they have bred. The children then face off until there is a certain number left. These then face off.
Of course you would want to segregate genders to ensure men do not wipe out the women. Once there is the correct number of each gender, they are pared off with their equivalent ranking member of the opposite love.
It may take several children per coupling to achieve optimal conditions but this is not unlikely.

Who says perfect humans can't be caring or interesting. Who says they can't live in small societies (In fact the process of selection encourages small societies). Just because you think of Riddler and the national socialists means nothing to what could happen if the master race plan was executed succesfully.

 More intelligent kind, or health wise.

 I'm pro genetic engineering but I'm not willing to wipe the face off Humanity and turn it into a factory that cannot process emotion.
 
 With intelligence come a possibility of growing a larger starfish. But growing and engineering a civilization that can withstand diseases is okay with me.

 Edit: I agree that a smaller society will be easily controlled, and comes the possibility of educating it equally as a base.
 This way stereotypes of races will not emerge based of racial tension and oppression 90 years ago.

 I even have plans of cities shaped like cells.
 Energy development is in the center.
 Education centers in outer first ring.
 Stores in second.
 Homes, and areas where people live and populate,
 And then an agricultural area on the outskirts.
 
 All of this does not define a super emotionless race that depends on calculation.
 It's just an organized superior society.
