Next we should compare Call of Duty Black Ops and World of Warcraft. まほ~

I play GMod, Roblox (I used to), Blockland and Minecraft.

Deal with it.

Now we should compare dogs and cats.

Oh look. NOTHING ALIKE.

Tom

Large texture packs confuse me. For example a 32x makes it look like there are 4 blocks where there is really one.

maps with much more space than Blockland maps.
hahaha no. Blockland maps are virtually infinite.

I play both of them
I enjoy both of them

Stop loving comparing them

And if you absolutely feel that you have to, take it off of my trailer's comments page.

I don't really relate the two but Minecraft is obviously easier for noobs who can't build, like me

Blockland, 'cause it isn't still a beta.

It wasn't stupid, he was just rubbing his best work in your face.  :cookieMonster:

Can't compare them. End of story, lock this topic.

The highest detail I've gone is 32x32.
I could use a 64x64 and still be fine, over that is overkill.

But this looks pretty lovey

Cons: 16 bit graphics. Laggy on most computers. Buggy. Slow multiplayer with seperate server launcher.
16-bit graphics? I hope you know that's intentional. Since everything in the game is blocky, the graphics were made to match. Graphics don't make up a game.

Laggy on most computers? How old is your computer? Were you coming from the SMP "laggy"? Multiplayer is laggy because the game isn't even finished. We're still in Beta, if I remember correctly.
Pros: Way better graphics. Better multiplayer. Virtually no bugs. More features. You don't have to enter IPs to enter a server.
Cons: No good survival minigame with all of the features of Minecraft. Can't get new texture packs.
The graphics are more high-quality in Blockland because that's what they're supposed to look like. There are, in fact, some bugs in Blockland. Minecraft isn't finished, so more features will likely be added to the game in the future. Sometimes you have to put in an IP to connect to a server.

I'm sure there are mods for a good survival mini-game in Blockland. For instance, ZAPT. And yes, it is possible to get texture packs, try looking up Squideey's texture fixes whatever they are.
But this looks pretty lovey

Is that from Minecraft?
