apparently being a shut in for 2 years makes you immune to everything except pain and clumsy ness
i stay in one position while active for hours upon hours and i have no blood rush

You're being drugged by a Russian spy.

You've got Aids. You're gonna die.

Similary, sometimes when i try to go to sleep, i suddenly hear a lightning bolt or something, i shake in shock, and i see white for a second.

It's not anything to do with "being normal", for forgets sake.

The white flashes and falling down are due to impaired oxygen to your brain, and you're passing out.

It happens to me to when i get out of my chair in the morning and i start to get dizzy.

I knew it had something to do with blood flow.

How about this, it happens when I get up extremely slowly.
