I bought the 3DS because of it's many exclusives and new features that I actually care about. If they make a new version then I won't buy it unless it has major changes to it, like the 3DS did.

The specs on the 3DS are impressive. Reading up on it, it's 126 MB RAM can amount to something like 3.6 GB RAM because it's some special type. Not like I'd think of it like that, I know it's 126 MB RAM. But DSi was like 16 MB RAM, so it's definitely a major improvement.

If anything, it could be a homebrew paradise.

I know, that's why I don't think of it like that. I'm still pointing out the RAM is much larger, and might allow for a stuffload of cooler homebrew than before.

It might be able to, very low. Maybe not portals you can see into. But it'd never be made, too violent (or potential violence).

it wont happen.
With the activity log nintendo can check the games you play if you put in a r4 of any kind it gets recorded there or if you play homebrew nintendo sees it.And then when you get in contact with a wireless area they can check your activity log.Later your system is remotely bricked(Wont turn on,cant play games,wont connect to the internet,no multiplayer,your system is most likely dead.)I dont think there is a way to un-brick the 3ds yet.
