Its pretty boring without virtual console and internet browser that it supposed to be able to go on youtube.

Nah, it just couldn't handle it.

I'm going to wait until the price goes down before buying one. I saw an almost full episode X-Play on 3DS. They said that, although it's cool and all, it's not worth the current price. 'Wait for the price to go down.' And, of course, the launch titles aren't really worth it. They noted Street Fighter's controls aren't easy enough for the complexity entailed... or something.
