A bird got sucked into one of my A-10's turbines during takeoff. The turbine proceded to burst into flames and I fell back to the ground before I could eject.

I died in Terraria yesterday by falling into a hole and using my cloud in a bottle too early and fell the rest of the way and splatteded on the ground.
