why did you get blockland

I joined because  like building things and blockland seemed cool.
I'm still playing because i like architecture

also i think i got blockland because i was interested in torque and it seemed like a good example of what torque was capable of

I saw random youtube videos of vanilla bl and found the retail demo. I still have BL v1. something on my old mac.
I dunno when I bought the game, somewhere between v.1 and 8 I guess.

i did come in version eight like 2 1/2 years ago i think and i remember when v11 came out w/ physics

Looking at LEGO Universe videos on YouTube, and got to a video showing Space Guy's Portal Gun (couldn't find it now though), Googled Blockland, bam.

Chillen at friends house. Friend shows me epic floating structures he's building on Blockland. There are no events, this is v8.

A year later, I get bored over summer. Suddenly I remember the game my friend showed me, and I call him up to ask what it was. Got it a day after getting the demo (I was really bored). v12?

Of course Maverick never plays Blockland anymore... he lost interest when I found interest.

Joined mid-late V7 as I recall.

I just remember googling some games to play, found this, and got the demo. It was purely amazing, so I bought it a day later and the first server I joined was one with Soviet and Kitty. Second server was the TBC clan with Diosadentro and Trueno building a city.

V10 demo, V11 when bought. It was a very late V10 so it was only a week before it updated. It was then I decided to buy it.
