It doesn't use social club anymore.
BTW, I'm up for it. I'll need to reinstall tho, as after stuffing up the original installation with failmods, I reinstalled, and now theres boats in mid air.

I have it on PC, i'd play it.
I love online deathmatches with all areas of the city enabled, there's nothing better than going on a road rage and running over people.
