I wouldn't consider that evidence of a fake at all
I could throw up an effect like that in literally 5 seconds in photoshop. and yes, with things like that will show up brighter or whatever, but it has nothing to do with the photo being edited.

Well great. I added that email Ephialtes said to MSN and discovered MSN actually has a friend limit: 350. 85% of those people either stopped coming on or blocked me... I'll have to clear this out.
