This has already been made.  Rykuta's MW2 playertype has a view like that, which centers on your gun instead of centering on your player.  For the record, this still counts as third person.

That was Lord Tony's suggestion, not OP's.
All OP said was "I want a over the shoulder playertype. Survival player isn't over the shoulder."
Also the screenshot of what he wants doesn't have a crosshair.

The only loving difference I can possibly see is how the player is slightly angled and the hands on the guns angled to match it. That would be a remodel of the player, and a remodel of every single gun you want to be useable with it.

And if it is the crosshair you want, that's not a playertype.

Ive stated a billion times that i dont want survival player.

However its 3rd person which is behind the player.
