Doing good in school is not indicative of success; The richest men in the world dropped out of college, and richer men yet probably never went to college. Gabe Newell ditched Harvard, Bill Gates dropped out, Steve Jobs dropped out, Steve Wozniak dropped out. Schooling/Education is unimportant. Developing a skillset and putting it to use is a thousand times more important the education ever will be, unless your ideal career path is being an uninventive drone for a corporate conglomerate. Not saying that's necessarily bad, but whatever.
By saying that i'd rather be hated than having a bad job.
Why is that a "bad" job? What makes it bad? The job has to be done by someone, I respect people in all levels of employment, janitor, fry cook, businessmen. If it's the pay that makes it bad, then you're flawed in thinking that having great wealth immediately brings happiness to all people, or that all people strive to be monetarily successful, and that's simply not true.
Me and Spycologist had a conversation the other day, and I realized during it that I'd probably be more comfortable at war than sitting at a desk wasting my days away doing unappreciated work for a corporation that I don't care about.
A wage good enough to get games with.
Not good enough to pay rent/internet/phone etc
You're 13, you don't understand monetary wealth or how much people are paid, nor how much rent costs for a decent apartment.
