Usually the Team Fortress 2 Wiki is up to date on this stuff, they do have it on the main page's recent updates, but that's it, nothing else, they'd usually have a page up by now

So i doubt that's it, besides, if it is gonna be the 200th update, it'll probably be something far better plus Meet the Medic
