Author Topic: Need some help hosting a Minecraft server. (Read 662 times)

I have the .exe running and all that good stuff, but when me or my friend tried to join, it said he times out and mine refused to connect: connect.
The IP's 184.164.3.76, if you want to see whatever.
I'm probably doing something simple and stupid wrong.

Also, host should connect to 127.0.0.1

Um, check your router setup page by finding your default gateway and entering it in the URL bar.

My mother decided that, even though we already had cable, she would get this.
But really, it's quite useful, considering you can take it just about anywhere that has a power outlet.
