My first video that I put up about Minecraft, how to find diamonds, it got around about 100 views in 1 month, obviously, I'm releasing more videos and I'm wanting to get more views, etc, any tips on how to get views/subscribers on youtube?

If you want a lot of subscribers, NEVER ASK.
Just make good content that people would subscribe for and then spread the word about it as much as possible.
Try to have something different about your channel. For example, if you're doing an LP, try to put a spin on the way you commentate and play. NintendoLP is probably one of the best LP-ers I know. He's always happy and charming, and he's a hard worker. He thanks everyone for everything. If you post a comment on his video, he'll say on your channel "thanks for that comment on <video>!" So, if you put a spin on it and try hard, you'll get somewhere.

Also, question, how can I decide some good music for my video? Which is not copyrighted, etc.

Try making a list of songs that could apply at different videos and occasions and use them when they are needed.
If you need non-copyrighted, don't bother. Just put "the songs used in this video do not belong to me they belong to these companies respectively: <names>"
If it is removed I know how to get it put up again.

First. Get an idea you like to do for a whole series. Then keep making videos. The more videos more stuff with your username written all over it. More subscribers you get. More views you'll get on your videos.
