If you've played TimeSplitters 2, you probably know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, here's a quick explanation.

When the minigame starts, a players is set on fire (green flames) and can't stop burning. That player's goal is to "infect" the other players so they start burning, and the last player to be set on fire wins. You touch the other players to infect them.

I think this would be a quite easy thing to do for scripters, and it could probably be easily done by editing DrenDran's Tag script.

Why the flames? Seems a bit odd to me. What's wrong with the tag gamemode?

This is not like Tag. When you touch someone, that player becomes infected and starts burning in green flames (to keep the TS2 feeling) but the person who tagged in the first place won't stop burning. So basically, when there's only one player left who hasn't become infected, everyone else is trying to catch him.

And besides, in Dren's Tag gamemode, you have to click someone to tag him. If it's possible, I'd like it so that you could infect someone by touching him.

Flaw/Bauklotz' Borg gamemode is this without the flames. In my opinion the flames would sort of ruin it. You could easily see who to avoid. In the Borg gamemode the only thing that differs between players and Borgs is the fact that Borgs can't have weapons.

I would like to keep it TS2 style. I love the suspense that comes to me when I see an army of flamers coming towards me in the distance.

It should be quite easy to mod the borg mod to do that.
