is there an addon that when uou crash your vehicle explodes? because i want to make a server so that when you crash a plane it does some damage to you but not kills you

No, it doesn't. However, if you're going to fast and hit a small bump, or run into a bot/player, your car explodes.

Accually, it can though. You can change the settings in RTB prefs.
