The fail bin is off limits to keep broken add-ons in a place nobody can get to them, with the exception of some topics.

If everything in the fail bin was public, then the game would be spammed by useless addons.

It'd be interesting just to see what was in there and why, to make sure that those add-ons are ones you know you shouldn't attempt to re-upload or use in your own server. Then again, if it were public, then the starfishs would go there, see some game-breaking and/or exceedingly laggy add-ons, then post them in the Add-Ons board. Guess it's for the better that nobody can see them but the Moderators and Admins.

Smart one, He can make the failbin public but he can also make it so you cant download it. Kinda like RTB, you can go to the failbin but you can click on the topic/dl them.

I think it'd be cool if you could see the add-ons, just not download them. It would give users who are thinking about making add-ons a chance to see what not to do.
