Located on the scenic Server of the People, a luxurious, spacious place to live is right at your fingertips, not a 30 second walk from the spawn. Open to anyone, Trifax Apartments offer a living space for everyone. We have spaces built into the mountain side, each space features a 6x8 floor space and 3 block height ceiling. All units come furnished fully lit, plus 2 furnaces and a crafting bench. They are fully customizable, and you are encouraged to collaborate with your neighbors to create a nice place to stay. Also available are individual huts, also 6x8 in floor space, featuring a slanted roof. These come furnished with 2 furnaces, a crafting bench, and a small chest. These offer more of an underground expansion opportunity.
The entire complex is fully lit for the night time, and surrounded by a monster-proof fence. No worries! For any questions, just ask me, Trifax. Here are our rates!
Mountain Rooms3 SB per night, due to the manager's office each morning, one day extensions available if a lack of funds arises.
Individual Huts4 SB per night, also due to the manager's office each morning, one day extensions available if a lack of funds arises.
*NOTE* Failure to pay the management, tampering with other rented facilities, griefing of the facility, stealing from chests, or other means of starfishry will result in prosecution and a stand in court for breaking laid out rules blatantly. You cannot blame the management for not protecting your stuff, I am not responsible for it. It is up to the victim of such events to prosecute.
