To the people who say the NES games will be on virtual console. Heres a quote from wikipedia.

rockslide beat me to it, but it's been known for the longest time that they're releasing an upgraded version of OOT for 3DS. It's not a complete remake, as the graphics themselves look the same. They're just doing lots of upgrades and such.

You could have Googled it. You can pre-order it in the normal places. You really should check this before being so sure.

I facepalmed at this.  Seriously.  This was mentioned in the OP, and it was one of the first confirmed 3DS releases.
Speaking of the original post, Banjo Kazooie and Super Mario 64 were the games I was referring to when I said
