I want to run this smooth-as-day.

SPECS:
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
RAM: 3gb
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II P340 Dual-Core Processor (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Card name: AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250

I bought it. Who wants to play soon?

It will likely run ~30FPS on its lowest settings and a low resolution.

nah but you should be able to run it with an FPS ranging from bearable to dreadful.
