You have to look down to read what they say, and that makes you miss half the action.

If you want something that's long/ongoing, watch Toaru Majutsu no Index then Toaru Kagaku no Railgun then Toaru Majutsu no Index II. You don't HAVE to watch Railgun, but if you want to watch it in the order it aired then you have to.

Birdy the Mighty is really good. Paranoia Agent isn't sci-fi but it forgets the hell out of your brain. Both of them are dubbed.

Dubbed is when they change the language, Subbed is when they keep the original voice and add subtitles

It's from a fanmade video. Out of all the anime I've seen, only about 4 or 5 have actually had a "catgirl."

Yeah, the story kind of loses focus sometimes but all in all I thought it was good.
