Too bad if we really was trying to set it off, he is a dumbass for not realizing that you need heat and pressure to set off C4.

Not a student, some random guy. C4 apparently can be burned without exploding. This happened the same day a local armory reported missing plastic explosives, I wonder if there's a connection?

I thought that was Mexico, but then again, that is just US criminals already going into an inhabited country.

But then again, Australia and New Zealand aren't significant in my AP World Studies class.
