Which Graphic Card should I get?

My Birthday is coming around in May, so my parents like to start shopping for me around April. I'm trying to choose out of these 2 graphics cards, which one should I get, and why? Here's a link to both of them.

Btw, the kinda games I play that require better Graphics are SCII, WoW, TDU2, & Civ V

I use the Nvidia GeForce 9800GT.

I love it. Can run most games on max, only 100 bucks.

Also, DX11 support.

The 9800 doesn't support DX11.

I have DX11, I can show you my dxdiag menu thing.

That's software, the hardware doesn't actually support DX11, but it is installed.

Trust me, I know what I'm talking about. The 9800 only supports DX10 on it's hardware.

I personally suggest it if you don't have much money. Though the GTX 460 is a nice price now.
