I don't exercise that often (I have gym twice a week at school)
When the weather gets warmer, I'll go biking more often and return to tennis


It is a good idea. But if you're doing this to lose a lot of weight, you might want to start out doing less and work your way up so you're not completely exhausted every time you do it. For now, focus more on eating habits.

Every Thursday, I bench, do some other miscellaneous weight stuff, do around 75 sit ups and 40 push ups, Self Deletes, and something else depending on what I want to do.

Pretty annoying when friends make you laugh and you can't concentrate enough to do one push up.

It took me quite a while to do 20 consecutive normal pushups, and I'm a 17 year old guy...

If you mean that thing where you put your knees on the ground and do "pushups," those aren't pushups.

They are pushups you dolt. They're called girl/half pushups.
