The P90X yoga is extreme.

what in God's holy name
Dive bombers are pretty intense. Look them up and try some.

The P90X yoga is extreme.
If yoga is extreme, that's scary. :/

I tried the dynamic one, where you kick above chairs and whatnot.

my coach also makes us do these things he calls "six inches," where we lie on our backs and raise out feet and legs about six inches into the air, while leaving everything else flat

my loving assbones
and waist

You're supposed to put your hands under the small of your back.  Its more comfortable on your assbones.

Well, it's 100% clear now that you are completely ignorant.

Have you EVER DONE YOGA?

Oh god you are so far off the mark.

Don't even post anymore. Just don't.

"Get out of here, clearly I know more about exercising than you do!"

The yoga i've seen doesn't seem too hard.  But it was like, a women's class for like stretching and balance.

Well, you've done nothing but prove it so far.

He clearly does.

You've never done yoga so why are you commenting on it?

I am doing P90X and after I am going to do insanity. I have done 3 weeks of P90X and I decided to do stage 1 once more before moving on and I have gotten more results from the 3 weeks on P90X than the 2-3 months of weight lifting prior to it.

Also for the sake of keeping a semi-good discussion about exercise, let's not all flip out every single time Rave says something ignorant.
