So my mom recently bought a new Logtech brand keyboard and was about to throw her old HP Keyboard out when I salvaged it. HP is my favorite brand, I've had an HP computer since 2007 and I keep it upgraded & in good health, it never fails me. So I swapped out my Logtech brand mouse for her HP Brand mouse, so now we both have a keyboard & Mouse set of the same brand. This new keyboard is a tiny bit slimmer than my old keyboard, but most noticeably is thinner in height, as in the keys don't stick out as much as my standard keyboard. It's really sleek though. My mom was getting rid of it because apparently the keys on the left side don't work. She uses a "Search and Peck" typing style. So far I have yet to encounter a lot of problems.
As for the mouse, it's going to take some getting used to. Aside from being HP brand now, it fits my hand shape better. (I have large hands) and has indents in the side for my thumb to rest it. Sometimes when I remove my hand to type it pushes the mouse up a bit. I'll probably get used to it. Expect lots of spelling errors.
