I say get microsoft security essentials. Its free with a valid copy of windows. Google it. You might have some viruses/trojans on your computer already other than the fake antivirus that poped up.

I really don't recommend MSE unless your computer is old.

Just because it blocked a certain amount of viruses doesn't mean it's great. (To an extent). Norton 360 blocks virus. IT MUST BE AWESOME TOO.
