Viruses everywhere

Every time I try to go on a website (besides the forums for some reason), Avast! claims there's a virus on that very page. YouTube, Facebook, Livejournal, you name it. I'm currently doing a system scan, hopefully this works.

I noticed that it said my client version was out of date so I updated that, gonna restart my comp and see if it still happens.

avast! was set off by Rainmeter's RSS feed, But besides that I haven't had anything else happen.
