It was Sonic Unleashed without the bullstuffty werewolfhogstuff levels but with more gaycigarette powerstuffups for more super gayness since Sonic can't do anything anymore without some powerups.

Adventure and Adventure 2 were awesome. I also loved Heroes, the story was amazing but they ruined everything since they kinda removed the Chao Garden and it was never brought back again.
I give one about the gameplay but I want my Sonic to stay Sonic and not some powerup-addict stuffhog from outerspace.
Colors is OK. I enjoyed the Werehog free gameplay but the powerups and his new crappy voice ruined it for me. Not to mention the low standards of the game. Every cutscene's almost the same.

We are trying so loving hard to convince that we want our Sonic back like he was but SEGA rather listens to the 5% income of the new-gen kids who like Sonic the way he wasn't meant to be.

colors HAS adventure style gameplay. the only thing keeping it from being the perfect sonic game would be the lack of a chao garden, but apparently 'damn close to perfect' isn't good enough for you

You've probably never played Adventure in the first place if you compare them both to be almost the same with the only difference being the lack of chao garden.
Seriously. What are you even trying? What do you even know? You are nothing but a player. I'm a Sonic fan and I always was one. I was born with Sonic and I'm going through with him through this bullstuff and I'd even die with him if he's still alive by then.
I should know my likes and dislikes better then you. And I should know how I like my Sonic better then you.

i grew up with sonic adventure and sonic adventure 2 too. between Colors and Adventure there's only three major differences: wisps, the inclusion of puzzles, and the 2d platforming sequences

Honestly; Yes. Exactly.
That's what I am doing and that's what the other thousand Adventure born Sonic suckups are doing as well.
It's been 11 years now since they released Adventure, 6 since the release of Adventure 2 and 80% of the fanmail to SEGA is probably by starfishs like me bawwing about why they don't remove that loving stick out of their ass and release another game that has the same features and elements as Adventure. Without adding their bullstuff into it.

Didn't they realize it yet that creating and trying out new and hip things are ruining it? They've already lost around 60% of the Sonic fans just because they're experimenting around with their mascot.

Sonic 06 is probably the only game that could get compared to the adventure series but the physics, controls and camera ruined it for me, made the game almost unplayable.

It's the same thing like, let's say I'm doing cornflakes and adding milk but the other day I'm going to add pepper and chocolate, bananas and everything loving else even though I know I like my cornflakes with just my god damn milk.
