I'm going to go out on a limb and say alt. Not exactly a typical alt introduction, but I'm yet to see an introductory post resulting in an actual new member

Normally people who ask this turn out to be alts, not sure.

Here's my first impression.
His account doesn't have any info, which seems to me as either
A. An alt, trying to prevent mistakes made on (a) previous account(s).
Or B. An innocent person who genuinely does not know much about the function of forums, and has yet to fill these out.

I hate to say it, but that sort of phrase seems to be a trend with alts.

Welcome to Blockland, familiarize yourself with the forums before you post, and don't feed the trolls. Oh, and enjoy you're stay.

As for the alt thing, everyone says "ALT ALT ALT" in every "Hey I'm new" thread, its getting old.
