Unless you're trying to be perfect, there's no reason you should try to get the rocket to hit the Soldier that fired it, you should be more worried about saving yourself and just getting the rockets away from you

Soldier isn't easy. I'm terrible at it, my rockets never hit. Heavy is easy, in my experience, though.

Demoman is essentially, a little difficult. Unless you're going for undirect shots with your Grenade Launcher, you have to judge where your enemy will be next, and shoot as quick as you can, especially with the Loch-n-Load.
