2x4 JVS Cabin Door

I'm working on a build that has fat walls - 2 width in bricks.
I need a cabin door (and perhaps other JVS shiz) that's centered in the 2x4.

Create a frame that is the same color as the inside around the door on the outside.

What Cyber wants is door frames so we don't need to forget up everytime we try to build doors on double-walls, instead of leaving 2x4x5 space to leave 2x6x5.3 space for a frame too (if needed?)
