Author Topic: If every clock in the world went away.  (Read 3281 times)

If humanity couldn't tell the time, what would happen? We basically base our whole life around the clock. If we cannot tell time, how can we know when to do what?

Routine would be useless, you would fall into a hole of confusion.

THE SUN
This. We would build sundials. Not to mention we would remember generally what the time was. We could redo it with the modern technology we have today.

Enter fridge.
Die.

Profit?

Our current time standards are built around the oscillation of certain isotopes.

That I can relate to then.
Let's go move north!

I can guess within 30 minutes of the actual time anywhere, I must track time subconsciously or something. Also if I want to wake up at a certain time even if it is 4 or 5 am, I just think about it before I go to bed and will wake up within 5 minutes of that time.

I make a new clock after i learn to tell time.
