Magicka: Not working?

I just bought Magicka. I got the starting installation completed, and I try to open up the game, but it doesn't work. I heard that graphics cards might be the problem, since I have sufficient RAM. Graphics Card:

ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series

Is this a bad graphics card?

I had the same problem, it turns out if you don't have the graphics card the system requirements call for or better then Magicka wont even start.

I guess that's why they're requirements.
