I don't think stuffing yourself with fatty foods is going to bulk you up. You should probably just eat 3 really big meals that are high protein, high carb, and don't go for fat loading but don't try to minimize fat and it should be good. You probably just don't eat much calories and you look like you're a spazz in RL so you burn it all off. Try going for a 2000 calorie diet, and lift weights 6 days a week, but only do cardio 30 minutes 3 days a week. And you want to make sure to only eat 3 giant meals if you eat constantly through the day or 5 meals a day or you load up in 1 meal and don't eat 2 things can happen: Your body stores the fat and eats muscle, or your body just burns everything since it knows you will be eating soon. Also there are lots of powders and supplements designed specifically to put on weight.
