regardless of how good an apple is
i do not like dem apple freaks

I really don't care about the kids that have Mac laptops because all of them don't go around whining about Mac.

However there's this one friend (yes, a friend) who runs the school "tv" newscast every other week.  He always is bragging about some amazing new technological advancement that Apple "makes" as if its like creating a vaccine fullproof to AIDS or creating some form of nanosuit technology.  Seriously, the iPhone 5 is just a little boost in power.  It's not "innovating" like Steve McTurtleneck brags it to be.

Regardless, everyone did play CoD back in the fall but wasn't talking about it in every other sentence.  Probably because the people I hang out with aren't the handicapped aspies that enjoy CoD like a hobby.  Plus, everyone is playing Minecraft in my high school too.  Same in other high schools and even my middle school.

The only thing this guy talked about is the cost of the product. That's just one aspect of the product differences. You can pay less for a PC, but by the time you pay for software, hardware upgrades, and countless repair costs, you're close the same amount.

Mac OS comes with all the software you need to do what it's meant to do, and as...somebody said...I can't for the life of me remember, Macs are just beautiful, well built computers. The attention to detail is flawless, and I guarantee you Mac's are plenty durable despite their outward appearance.

I have a Mac. And yes, it is true that my Mac has become obsolete now because it is 3 years old. I never owned a PC so I do not have much experience with them. But my best friend has a very high grade alienware with some of the highest benchmarks on the computer market. When I used it to play Portal and other vALVE games, I was comPierrot blown away. My family is fine with the computer we have now, but I take up about 7/8 of it's power and storage XD Me and my dads concept was to get me a separate computer. We agreed that it would be a PC because there was no way that we would be able to afford a Mac. But we are still arguing if I should get a laptop or a desktop. :/ Since I am talking to a community of tech hardware PC people XD I ask you guys the question. If you had to pick your first personal computer, would you get a desktop or a laptop. Damn I'm doing all this on my iPod. Lol

Minecraft is the call of duty of the PC.
Jesus Christ man, this is the second post you've made today that I agree with.

Tell him macs are basically when you take a piece of stuff and you put it in a gold-plated chromey box and sell it for $3000. Macs are overpriced, they have horrible coding restrictions as for making windows things for mac, and it's much harder to make things for mac than windows. Apple has thoroughly convinced people like him that Macs are amazing because they are, and you are not allowed to question it. Steve Jobs literally sold a computer that would normally be $1000 to build for $3000. I understand that every company needs to breach the build limit to gain profit, but most of the time it's maxed at 100 more than the build price. Tell him macs outdate very fast which makes you need to keep up with the trends since you're too brainwashed so you can get something that's a bit better. (e.g oh hey look this iphone has 2 more gigs better spend $300 more dollars! yay) Tell him that even though Macs can be good for movies and pictures and documents, there is no way PC would be worse lest the user be too lazy to google "Movie Editor".
Also, don't worry about minecraft. There's no reason to prevent people from talking about any game they love, even COD. Just deal with it.

Mac stands for "Massive accumulated crap"

Down with overrated fps games!

Up with indie sandbox games!

And the Apple Nerd kid sounds like a cigarette.

Everyone knows Mac sucks. Though, I found my dad's Apricot computer, a fossil of the 'fruit fad' all those years ago.

apparently Steve jobs used to give free macs to schools.
After you get out of school and want a computer, What would you want, if you used the mac all the time in school because it was free.
GODDAMN HYPNOTISM

tl;dr mac's are pretty therefor it's better than pc

What about all that software you pay for Mac (if there is any)?

I heard Apple invented Minecraft, that's why it's so good  :cookieMonster:
