Author Topic: loving updates on loving everything  (Read 1738 times)

I swear to god that valve is updating any loving game they can.
Currently I'm updating:

Half life 2
Half life 2 EP 1
Half life 2 EP 2
Half life 2 DM
Half life 2 Lost Coast
CSS
Portal
(Trying to pre-load) Portal 2
TF2
and GMod.

Seriously, wtf. And it all started updating AFTER I pre-purchased portal 2 earlier today, so now its not going to pre-load until a few loving years.

Dunno why I'm bothering to put pictures but who cares.

It's called "a source update"
It's when they update various parts of the source engine!
Wow!

Valve hates you.

Also: Lol'd at Blur(TM)

OH GOD
ITS GOING TO TAKE 10 MINUTES TO UPDATE
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHH

You shouldn't have all of them updating at once, pause all but one for a better download rate

It's because Source got an update.
If you read the "recent news," you would know that.

Tom

At least you're Team Fortress 2 didn't mysteriously uninstall itself.

Its taken a lot longer than ten minutes to update.

At least you're Team Fortress 2 didn't mysteriously uninstall itself.

They're basically almost done, finally, so I'm not gonna bother.

I use Steam to play games, not as a newspaper.

Valve does update waaay too much. I mean, none of their games are even recent and they still update all the time.

Half Life 2 Deathmatch is always loving updating for me.  Even if I delete the damn thing.  Then it'll just pop out of nowhere and "update" its files.

What I don't get is why they decided to update everything the day before portal 2 is released. If it JUST got completed or whatever then I'd understand.

Don't loving update everything at once...

Because Valve likes to watch us squirm.

Yeah I'd rather the games have outstanding bugs for extended periods of time.
