Author Topic: Trail lights  (Read 1277 times)

I've searched for them and haven't found them. Basically there like this.

My epic drawing

I know there possible because a flashlight item was made a while back and it had the type of lights I'm looking for. I really have no knowledge of making lights.

The "Flashlight" item was not a light, it was an emitter that didn't light anything..

Making a light like that has been debated and debunked so many times it isn't funny. It cant happen for a brick light, maaaybe for an item, but not a brick. otherwise, it would've been made long ago...

Im sorry.. as much as I would love this, wont happen.

There was an item which actually acted like a flashlight. All it did was put a regular light at the end of a raycast. I seriously doubt directional lights are even possible in Torque. That drawing is terrible.

A more appropriate term would be "spotlight."

it's sort of been done before

Wasn't there a pack with a moving spotlight that went vertically and horizontally? Not quite the same, but pretty close.

Yes, but but the light just moved side to side.
That light is also broken...

Did Truce make something like this but with bricks?

may i still have a link?
