Zombie panic: source wont launch

It was Monday I tried to launch zombie panic source (only played it twice and i found out theres a hammer for barricades and haven't been playing for a few months) I see the menu but after a while it shows up a black screen with nothing I tried to wait but nothing.I start moving the mouse and I hear a sound I click when I hear it this has been happening with hl2 dm.
What should I do ?
