I was going to play Minecraft on Saari and then i accsedently denyed the Applet permession thing
What do i do?

Resetting Safari might clear the list of accepted/denied applets.

I tested this and it worked:
Safari > Reset Safari... (If you happen to be on windows it's Edit > Reset Safari...)
Check all boxes. (Well the last 2 are not required) I'm not sure exactly what you need to clear so just check everything.
Click Reset

Using a different browser or just downloading the game itself should solve the problem.

I'm assuming you're on a mac, so an alternative would be to go into
\<your name>\Applications\Utilities\Keychain Access\ and see if there is a note in it telling to automatically deny a java applet with that signature.
