Also, Gmod might run but just. The graphics card may support it on lower settings and the lag might start to show if you hit a high prop count. I managed to run Gmod for a year on my MacBook with had 1GB ram, 128mb Intel GMA graphics, and a 2.0GHZ Core 2 Duo. Yep.

Actually no. Pixar, Sony, Square Enix, Nintendo, Ubisoft, Bioware, Microsoft Studios, VALVe, and every company that comes to mind that's involved with CGI uses Windows machines.

A person with a degree in photoshop doesn't need to know anything about computers, and because there's this stigma that Windows cannot run programs that develop graphics, yeah, dipstuff gfx companies will buy a Macintosh.

pc users are well aware that all the same programs are used and work just as well on both sides lol.


if i was all graphic related for a career, why would i want menial video cards anyways?
for any mac compatible nvidia or ati model, there are 50 models that the pc can use that are higher end and cheaper.

however most mac users do believe things are all software rendered, thus; "the powerful OS" lol
