I've got enough- What should I get?

So, I recently came into contact with 70 bucks, and I want a game for my Xbox 360. I'm leaning towards Portal 2, but I loved Marvel vs Capcom 3 when I played at my friends house, and L.A. Noire looks like my kinda jive.

What game should I get? It doesn't have to be one I listed, of course.

It looks really nice, they put a lot of effort into it with facial animations from what I remember.

It's supposed to be Grand Theft Auto in the 1930's and you solve crimes and the graphics are love.

I'm gonna get portal 2 anyway, because I loved portal, and my friend is going to get GTA5 so we'll still have our Rockstar fun.
