The real question is:

How do light bridges work at night?

They dont

the end of portal 3 is gonna have you fighting combine.

i bet you $5

>combine find aperture
>glados wakes you up to fight them

It's really perfectly plausible.

It's really perfectly plausible.

How can she wake you up if you already left?

you could be a separate character (one of the robots, or one of the test subjects from the coop end). unlikely though as portal contains zero combat and probably never will.

you must use cubes n stuff to manufacture better turrets n stuff to fight combines n stuff

The ending made no sense. You arn't suppossed to be out in space of more than a few seconds, and thats if you exhale.

Air was constantly being sucked out. Chell was in the air flow. Its like she was in a wind tunnel.

Then again you are playing a game where you have a small hand held device that rips through space

YEAH! And since when do giant robots run testing with devices that rip through space?

If you haven't noticed, video games don't have to replicate real life.

The same way solar pannles do.

GLaDOS stores all the energy up to use whenever.

If you were exposed to vacuum like that at the end of the gane your insides would compress and you would die almost instantly.

 :cookieMonster:
I think her boots inject her with manicure that heal her, like in the first game

you can remain conscious in a total vacuum for several seconds (about ten), and live for about 90 seconds. keep in mind that there was also hurricane force winds coming from the portal as chell was holding onto wheatley, she could survive.

wheatly wouldn't be able to hear the space core

there is no air in space

sound needs air to travel

there's lots of unrealistic stuff we shouldn't think about

there's a PORTAL GUN for christ's sake

Anyone else notice that when GLaDOS was put into the potato at first, she said she couldn't lie; that she didn't have enough power from the potato.  Then she tells you when you stab her into your portal gun, she will get 1.7v, and be able to lie again?

But, seemingly, she never lies for the rest of the game.  VALVe wouldn't just have her say that.  That has to relate to the story somehow.

Tom

Some people think that you are her daughter. I think she must start to be nice to you once she figures that out.
