lol silly console kids.
and you xbox ones act as if its not just as easily hackable.
Actually the microsoft Xbox network has some "extra" protection for user information like credit card numbers, because of the fact that on-line gameplay requires you to pay.
So the argument that PS user often use..
i will quote: "u have to pay 4 internetz and we don't u sock loeleole"
-some handicapped consolecigarette-

Is actually helping us now because if you think of it the hacker would make much more profit if he hacked Xboxlive.

Microsoft has experience in data protection. Sony has at least less. That's all we can say. Even if Microsoft sucks at it, they are more into that area.

thats handicapped lol. you have to know that it dont matter either way. if someone is a target, its going to be done.

Will you shut the forget up you complete moron, leave this forum and never come back, you glorious winged trolling friend

But Bisjac, computers are targeted by virus' way more often.  Though it seems that most PC gamers are smart enough to avoid them, I'm just saying.

you guys are implying the hackers took a try at all 3 consoles, and then figured the ps3 was the easiest so just went with it.

they wanted to forget the ps3, they worked at the ps3, and succeeded.
this could have been JUST as easily done with any console.

oh i know. the pc is the most vulnerable machine of all. and there are a billion more ways to attack someone and destroy them, or the services they use.
when toys have more bells and whistles, they can be broken easier. ps3 had a lot and it was removed. xbox never had any at all.
though only better people, smarter people, and people of better means in life own the cool toys lol.

says a lot about a "type" of person actually :p

Hasn't it been said that it wasn't hacked, it was from a firmware update of RedBug?

Idk, that's what I heard from InsideGaming two days ago.  Has the story changed?

well yeah hacking is just a loose term tossed around. just got use to hearing it in this situation.
it was more of an exploit lol
